**Residential Property Manager Opportunity**Join Gough Recruitment and discover a rewarding role as a Residential Property Manager in our respected agency. Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for our diverse portfolio of properties
  • Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants to address their needs and concerns
  • Manage rent arrears through proactive communication and timely resolution
  • Represent the company at tribunals when necessary
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure property condition and integrity
  • Process bond and insurance claims efficiently

  • A highly competitive salary up to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in property management

  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Demonstrate a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
