WhatYou'll Do

As a Senior Lighting Technician ,you’ll be hands-on from bump-in to bump-out, delivering visually stunning,technically excellent lighting. You’ll lead onsite crews, mentor junior teammembers, and help make every event shine.

Yourresponsibilities include:

- Rigging and set up of lighting equipment in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Providing technical support both in house and at events, including serving as Tech Lead where required
- Operating and directing the lighting components of production for live events using a variety of consoles and systems
- Conducting appropriate onsite checks of lighting equipment
- Playing an active part in the selection, pre-event programming, and resetting of lighting equipment for events
- Providing motivation and support to junior staff, as an onsite subject matter expert in the Lighting discipline
- Supporting teams with the bump in and bump out of events
- Communicating effectively at all stages of production with our valued clients, ensuring that show delivery is of the highest standard

- Proven end-to-end experience as a live Lighting Technician

- Operatingknowledge of GrandMA and other control systems

- Experienceleading onsite teams and mentoring crew

- Acollaborative, client-focused mindset

- Asafety-first approach with a solid understanding of WHS standards

- Qualificationsin Live Production or equivalent experience (a bonus, not a must)
