The Role

As Finance Manager (CA, CPA or IPA) you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the organisation’s strategic goals.

You will lead strategic decision-making by providing sound financial advice and risk analysis, managing financial audits, overseeing grant management and ensuring ETNTAC remains compliant with all its financial and corporate obligations. Through embedding strong financial practices, policies, and procedures, the Finance Manager helps align financial resources with the organisation’s values, cultural responsibilities, and strategic priorities.

You will also be a key support to the CEO and Board of Directors in leading and managing the organisation, ensuring it remains financially sustainable and well-positioned to achieve its cultural, social, and commercial objectives.

Applicants willing to relocate to Esperance will be favourably received; however, ETNTAC will consider work-from-home arrangements with regular travel to Esperance for the right candidate.
