▷ [Apply in 3 Minutes] Junior Electrical Engineer - FIFO

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be working on a 2 and 1 roster, with FIFO opportunities available. Flights, accommodation, and meals will be provided.

In this role, you will:

- Manage and update PIMs to align with project status (Project QA/QC documentation database)

- Interpret and markup electrical drawings to generate accurate termination packs

- Create and coordinate electrical labelling for cables, devices and equipment

- Work closely with QA/QC, commissioning and construction teams

- Assist in tracking and closing out punch items

- Support the hand over process by ensuring all documentation is clear and complete

- Liase with electrical engineers on red-line markups

- Provide backup support to the electrical engineering department

ABOUT YOU

- 2+ years’ experience as a graduate or cadet electrical engineer

- Experience on construction mining projects

- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve objectives.

- Good communications and analytical skills.

- Broad theoretical job knowledge.

- An ability to work effectively in, and contribute to the success of, a team of professionals.

- Committed to maintaining our strong safety culture.

- Auto cad experience

- PDF editor experience

The successful candidate will have:

- Tertiary Qualification in electrical or electronics engineering.

- Current Unrestricted Driver’s License

- White / Blue Construction Card
