Join our Finance Shared Service team at Motion Industries as an Accounts Payable Officer, where you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient accounts payable operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Process and verify invoices and requisitions accurately and timely.

- Maintain up-to-date and compliant financial records.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies before payment.

- Provide support and documentation for audits.

- Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries on accounts payable.

- Support month‑end closing and prepare financial reports.

- Test and support updates to the financial system.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, staff, and finance leaders.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

- Comply with workplace health, safety, and company policies.

- Participate in training and maintain professional work standards.

- Perform additional duties to ensure efficient finance operations.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ Years experience working in a similar role in a large Accounts Payable Team.

- Experience in processing large volumes of invoices in a fast‑paced environment.

- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and word processing programs.

- Experience with financial software packages, D365, Pronto and OCR - CAAPs.

- Strong problem‑solving skills to identify issues and develop action plans.
