Store Manager - Chatswood | Sportswear & Streetwear | Sydney

Are you a passionate leader ready to take the helm at a leading global sportswear retailer? This is your opportunity to make an impact at a fast-paced, high-energy store, leading a dedicated team and driving both sales and customer experience together with writing your own story on this brand's new story and footprint.

Responsibilities

- As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for every aspect of store operations, from managing stock and rosters to driving sales and ensuring targets are met. In this hands-on role, you'll lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to excel in customer service, maximise sales and maintain operational efficiency.
- This opportunity is perfect for a manager who thrives on the shop floor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, motivating and training your team all while keeping the store running smoothly. Your operational expertise and attention to detail will be key to ensuring the store ticks all the boxes and continues to grow.

About You

- Experience in store management for 2-3 years with confidence in leading large teams of 15+ and understanding of KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence your team.
- Passionate about health, wellness and living an active lifestyle.
- A proactive store manager who loves to be across all elements of the store including stock management and retail operations.
- Ability to build morale and a collaborative team environment through onboarding, training and continuous development for your team.
