What you’ll be doing

- Building strong relationships with our customers across Newcastle and the Upper Hunter.
- Supporting customers with their concrete needs – from small projects to major builds.
- Working closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure we deliver the right product, on time.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and provide solutions.
- Learning the ins and outs of the concrete business and developing your sales skills along the way.

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy working with others and building connections.
- Some experience in sales, account management or customer service (construction or trade-related is a bonus, but not essential).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A current driver’s licence – you’ll be visiting customers across the region.
