As a Sessional Trainer, you’ll engage with a different cohort each week and deliver short, industry-specific, job-ready programs across areas such as:

- Digital & Business Skills – computer basics, digital literacy, business support, customer service, retail, and preparing for employment
- Cleaning & Housekeeping – commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping, and industry readiness
- Horticulture – practical skills for entry-level horticulture roles
- Construction & Renewable Energy – construction sector essentials, workplace safety, and solar/tech readiness
- Warehousing & Production – warehousing, pick packing, food manufacturing, and process work essentials

About You:

- Passionate about working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, sharing your skills and helping others succeed
- Hands-on industry experience and/or relevant qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110 with required upgrades) – Essential

What You’ll Need:

- Current driver’s license and own car to travel to training sites and transport equipment (up to 20 kgs - cafe machines, warehousing gear, training materials, etc.)
- Flexibility to travel to different training locations each week; accommodation provided for trips over 90 minutes. Occasional interstate travel may be available.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate and Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
