Job Description

- Maintain accurate inventory records and data within the warehouse management system.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet operational needs.

- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline inventory processes.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Generate and analyse inventory reports to support decision‑making.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise stock levels.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.

The Successful Applicant

- Previous experience in inventory control or a related role within an FMCG environment.

- Holder of a valid forklift licence.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management software such as JAIX WMN and MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
