**Your role at St John of God Social Outreach**We are looking to hire **Mental Health Clinical Nurses**to join our Medicare Mental Health Service in Armadale, on a permanent full-time basis.Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the day to day mental health and basic physical care requirements of patients. Participate in a variety of mental health and other clinical assessments, risk assessment and management; history taking and developing comprehensive care plans.Our team provides a safe and welcoming spaces for locals to walk in and access free mental health support and services - no referral, Medicare card or appointment needed. Staffed by qualified mental health professionals and people with lived experience, the centres provide immediate support to adults in distress, including their families, friends and carers.
