Your role will be crucial in assisting customers with Sandvik parts orders and quotations, directly contributing to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Be the frontline of our customer service, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and managing email correspondence to support your allocated customer base.
- Forge lasting connections as you become the go-to person for parts orders and quotations, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Investigate and resolve delivery and order-related inaccuracies, applying problem-solving skills to keep customers informed and operations moving.
- Maintain information through our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and work with various e-commerce systems to handle transactions between Sandvik and the customer.
- Communicate with a diverse global supply chain network, reflecting the company’s international footprint.

Qualifications

- Minimum two years' experience in customer-focused roles (telecommunications, insurance, retail, hospitality, or similar sectors).
- Strong work ethic with honesty, professionalism, and integrity; thrives in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility and a proactive, positive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and superb phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a can-do attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a general aptitude for technology; comfortable using multiple computer systems.
- Permanent role with flexibility around start/finish times to cover time zones from New Zealand to Western Australia.
- Right to live and work in Australia; pre-employment medical assessment may be required; cover letter is highly valued.
