We’re seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our client's team in Hobart. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality food & beverage services, ensuring a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

About the Role:

The role is available until 31st January 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Setting up and preparing the dining room for service
- Serving meals, drinks, and assisting at functions (including bar service)
- Preparing food, salads, and beverages
- Managing and replenishing stock, storeroom duties, and HACCP paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including dishwashing and general cleaning

Requirements:

- RSA (or willing to obtain before starting)
- Current Police Check (within last 30 days)
- Ability to obtain Defence Clearance (Australian Citizenship required unless Defence approves otherwise)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Availability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and across a Monday–Sunday roster
- A friendly, flexible “all-rounder” with strong people skills and attention to detail
