Location Perth Children's Hospital, QEII Campus, Nedlands Unit/Division Child and Adolescent Health Service - Child and Adolescent Health Service Appointment Type This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment at 0.8 FTE per fortnight until 30/06/2027, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Position Profile We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to the Rare Care Centre – The Clinical Centre of Expertise for Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases to manage the Global Nursing Network for Rare Diseases (GNNRD). The GNNRD is a global community of practice for nurses to improve best practice care and outcomes for people living with rare and undiagnosed disease. This position is a specialist role which provides a senior project and team management function. As a consequence, the position holder influences the practice of nursing in the allocated clinical area, both within and external to their health service. The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH).
