Legal Collections Account Representative
- Sydney CBD location, a short walk from Wynyard station and Barangarooprecinct
- Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM (no weekends or late nights)

About the role
As aLegal Collections Account Representative you’ll be working with multiple local government clients, managing accounts from the referral stage through to enforcement, communicating and making pragmatic legal recommendations for the best outcome.
What you’ll do
- Make and receive a high volume of calls
- Setting and managing customer arrangements
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks
- Managing complex legal files
- Working directly with our clients to build and maintain relationships
- Uploading and processing legal documents
- Inbound and outbound correspondence activity

Who you are
We don’t need you to have collections experience, most of our leaders started in this role What matters most is your drive and ability to connect with people. You may have experience in call centres, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or any role where communication and resilience are key.
