About the Role As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our community, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the experience of our residents. Availability Requirement: The successful candidate must be available to work Fridays and be flexible to pick up occasional extra days as required. Your Key Responsibilities - Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests. - Manage communications and support the resident move-in process. - Organise community events and social activities. - Assist the Village Manager with essential administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have: - A passion for service and community engagement. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential). - The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. - Availability to work Fridays and flexibility to take on occasional extra days as required.
