About the role
The Senior Employee Relations Specialist delivers expert, strategic advice on industrial relations and human resources (HR). This role involves advocacy, negotiation, and the implementation of workplace reform strategies across the NSW Police Force. It is part of our Workforce Relations & Reform, People & Capability Command.

Eligibility
To apply, you must meet one of the following statuses: a permanent resident of Australia; or a New Zealand citizen. Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will undergo a National Police (criminal history) check and obtain/maintain a Security Clearance as determined by NSW Police Force.
