What you’ll do
Drive partner audits and shape conversations that matter. You’ll spot issues early and work closely with partners to fix them before they become problems.
You’ll oversee the entire quality assurance function, making sure the right standards are being met and setting the tone for how compliance‑related matters are handled across the business. Your input will help shape the future of the compliance function, giving you a strong say in how things evolve.
What you’ll need
- Experience in Life Insurance and/or working with Financial Advisers
- Strong background in Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ability to engage partners proactively and coach them through regulatory requirements
