Why is this role for you?

You’ve always considered yourself to be a great senior project manager. You like leading people and being the expert everyone goes to with questions.

Whether it be programming, stakeholder management or working out solutions to problems, you've got it covered and enjoy seeing a project well delivered.

You want to work with a very happy team where staff retention is high, the bosses are supportive and not dictators and who have an excellent reputation in Sydney, you won't hear a bad word said about them.

Subbies aren't dicked about, clients are long-term ones and a high % of current projects are negotiated and ECI's. So much so that 90% of their work this financial year has already been secured.

This isn't a hire for a specific project. It's a growth role to ensure that the current teams aren't overloaded and don't burn out. You won't be coming in and inheriting a project that is a mess.

Salary is in the $240-$290K package range, you'd mostly be office-based and you'd have job security for as long as you want it. They had 91% staff retention last year, so it's a place where employees have been for some time.

If you are a Project manager looking for a step up into a senior role then do get in touch, this role would certainly suit you as much as those with a few grey hairs poking through (I include myself in that)

What do you expect from me?

- You've delivered new build projects in Australia for a head contractor as a PM or SPM previously.

- You enjoy mentoring the new generation coming through and have a nurturing nature.

- You have a construction-related degree or other relevant qualifications. TAFE and Diplomas would be considered.

- You've delivered either school, gov, commercial or aged care projects in the $10-$60million range (or higher).
