FinXL IT is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading commercial client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary Business Analyst for the ServiceNow NowAssist rollout

- Focus on seamless integration points with Microsoft Teams and Copilot

- Translate strategic business requirements into actionable technical user stories

- Gather, document, and analyse detailed requirements for ITSM and Service Catalog

- Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders across various business units

- Design and deliver comprehensive training materials and communication plans

- Document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting the ServiceNow platform

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Catalog design and optimisation

- Direct experience or strong familiarity with ServiceNow's AI capabilities, like NowAssist

- Excellent interpersonal and sophisticated stakeholder management skills

- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict effectively

- Prior experience working on complex integration projects (e.g., ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams) is highly desirable

What's On Offer?

- Initial 12 months contract, with a view to extend

- Located in Sydney CBD, and hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in the office)

- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow NowAssist

- Focus on ITSM, Catalog, and AI integration

- Consulting role with a leading Commercial client
