We’re partnering with a fast-growing international brand to find an experienced Designer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work across activewear, swimwear, and other categories for global wholesale partners, bringing fresh ideas to life while ensuring commercial success. What you’ll be doing

- Designing seasonal and core collections, ensuring they balance creativity with commercial appeal.
- Collaborating with retail and wholesale partners, tailoring designs to customer needs, and managing multiple revisions with urgency.
- Liaising with international suppliers and factories to communicate design specifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain design integrity.
- Working on product costing to meet target price points while maintaining quality.
- Partnering with garment technicians to refine fit, function, and performance during fittings.
- Creating graphics and textile prints for collections.
- Conducting trend and market research to ensure designs are ahead of the curve.
- Presenting product ranges internally and externally, and assisting with photoshoots.

What you’ll bring

- 3+ years of design experience, ideally across activewear, swimwear, womenswear, or accessories.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and hardware.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Graphic design skills, including t-shirt graphics and textile prints.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
