About the Role:

As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the testing, preparation, installation, and maintenance of parking systems and related technologies. Your work will directly impact system performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will work both on-site and in preparation settings, ensuring that installations are carried out professionally, safely, and to the highest standards.

About You:

You will benaturally VERY hands on and have an eye for detail……along with an inquisitive approach for trouble shooting.

Full training will be provided, however, you will ideally be comfortable using hand power tools and have exposure to electronics……perhaps you have worked in a manufacturing environment and recently completed a Tafe course in Electronics…….

Experienced Technicians will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup

- Install, configure, and integrate parking, revenue, and LPR systems.
- Handle wiring, programming, testing, and customer training.
- Ensure installations meet project and client requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Conduct pre-installation checks and validate equipment performance.
- Follow quality procedures to ensure reliable system operation.

Maintenance & Support

- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical faults.

System Performance & Improvement

- Maintain optimal system functionality and integrity.
- Identify upgrade opportunities and communicate with sales.

Equipment & Safety

- Manage tools, stock, and workspace readiness.
- Adhere to all safety and handling protocols.

What you’ll get:

- A salary of $70K-$80K +Super +Vehicle will be offered depending on experience. A higher salary will be negotiated with an experienced candidate.
