- Proven experience as a head chef or strong sous chef ready to step up
- A hands‑on mentor who trains, develops, and motivates others

- Creative flair for menu development and presentation
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and driving results

What You’ll Bring

- Expertise in menu costing, stock management, and wastage control
- Ability to design menus that balance innovation, consistency, and pub appeal
- Experience overseeing large‑scale events and functions
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of culinary trends and operational efficiencies
