Responsibilities

- Deliver a community-focused grants program across various categories.

- Offer expert advice on eligibility and grant assessment processes to subject matter experts and the grant assessment panels.

- Support the daily operations of the Community Grants Program.

- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Community Grants Program.

- Coordinate the development and delivery of a community training program aimed at enhancing the capacity of community organisations

About you

- Formal qualification in Community Development or a related field.

- Substantial demonstrated experience in developing and delivering community grants and associated training programs.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with relevant community groups and stakeholders.

- Experience in researching, identifying, and analysing trends and data, and preparing reports and recommendations for consideration.

- Ability to manage specific program budgets.
