Looking for a motivated and passionate Boutique Manager to join the team and help grow this unique boutique. Previous experience with designer or premium fashion is valued, but what matters most is your leadership, eye for detail, and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.

If you enjoy mentoring a team, engaging directly with clients, and shaping the way people experience fashion, this is your chance to take the next step in a rewarding retail career.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or boutique settings.

- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring, rostering, and team development.

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and personalised client experiences.

- Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.

- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Confident in using POS systems, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools.

- A genuine interest in fashion, style, and creating memorable retail experiences.

- Motivated to achieve sales targets while supporting a positive, collaborative team environment.

- Strong stylist and consultative customer service.
