About the Role

We are looking for a competent and experienced Civil Construction Estimator to manage the full tender process for projects up to $2 million.

Key Responsibilities

- Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions
- Manage minor earthworks and FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pouring) scopes within estimates
- Develop construction schedules in MS Projects
- Draft and submit tender qualifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope and pricing accuracy

About You

- 25+ years0experience in civil construction estimating
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle
- Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

- $90,000
