Your Role

What are you going to do?

Specifically, you will:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring both candidate and manager experience is of a high standard
- Guide managers and candidates through nuanced recruitment conversations, balancing market data, role requirements, and long-term workforce planning needs
- Apply CEVA’s remuneration frameworks and salary ranges strategically during recruitment and offer processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness
- Support volume hiring for new business launches and workforce scaling
- Drive proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement for key roles
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, prepare offers, maintain accurate records, and manage onboarding data entry with a strong compliance focus
- Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and trackers with strong attention to detail
- Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers to build recruitment capability
- Champion continuous improvement and recruitment best practices.

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in internal recruitment, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, together with:

- Proven ability to build trust through well-judged, nuanced conversations with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong applied understanding of the NES and FWA, enterprise agreements and Australian employment contract terms and conditions
- Experience applying remuneration frameworks and managing salary negotiations within internal policies and ranges
- High level of administration accuracy and compliance focus, including meticulous record-keeping, offer preparation, and recruitment data management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and confidence managing recruitment systems, trackers and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate appropriately when needed
- Experience using a Tier 1 HCMS (such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo or similar)
- Strong sourcing, LinkedIn, and candidate engagement capabilities
- Experience in logistics or supply chain recruitment (desirable)

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.

What do we have to offer?

In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing, and help you thrive at work and in life.
