Overview

Digital Learning & Innovation Leader — Full-Time Position (0.5 FTE Position of Responsibility + 0.5 FTE Teaching Load)

Geelong Lutheran College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Digital Learning & Innovation Leader.

This position combines a 0.5 FTE teaching role with a 0.5 FTE leadership position of responsibility. The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership in driving innovation, fostering a future-focused learning environment, and ensuring the effective adoption of digital tools and platforms that enhance teaching, learning, and enterprise operations across the College.

The Digital Learning & Innovation Leader will play a key role in supporting and advancing the strategic intent of the College, with a particular focus on leading the integration of digital technologies across the Secondary School.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership to drive innovation and the adoption of digital tools and platforms across teaching, learning, and enterprise operations.

- Lead the integration of digital technologies across the Secondary School to support a future-focused learning environment.

- Collaborate with College leadership to advance the College’s strategic intent related to digital learning and innovation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
