Platypus Shoes is part of the Accent Group, the largest footwear retailer with over 850 stores, 34 brands, and 30+ online platforms including Glue Store, Skechers, Vans, Dr. Martens, Timberland, UGG, and more.
The Role: We are looking for passionate and driven retail team members to support management in driving sales and operational excellence, playing an essential role in our store’s success.

To be successful, you will need:
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good listening skills and openness to feedback
- Full availability for late-night trade, weekends, and Monday to Wednesday daytime shifts
- Previous customer service experience
