About us:

Accent Group Limited is a leading retailer and distributor in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on performance and lifestyle brands across over 20 brands and 21 online platforms.

The Role:

We are seeking passionate retail professionals to support our management team in driving sales and operational excellence. You will play a key role in the success of our store.

To be successful, you will need:

- Exceptional customer service skills and a memorable shopping experience focus
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet/exceed sales targets
- Good listening skills and receptiveness to feedback
- Availability for late-night trade and weekends

Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settings is preferred.
