After a long history of delivering the freshest footwear, Platypus Shoes invites you to join our team as a Christmas Casual at our Sorrento store. You’ll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest, most fun time of year. From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

Step into the season in style with Platypus Shoes at our Sorrento store. As Christmas Casuals, you’ll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable

- Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals

- Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full

- Pick and pack click & dispatch orders

- Keep the store looking fresh and tidy

- Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift

What We're Looking For

- Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year/'s Eve and New Year/'s Day

- Retail experience is great, but not a must

- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service

- Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment

- Self-motivated and goal-driven

- Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
