- Customer & Brand Leadership: Own store standards and customer satisfaction; ensure every store executes product storytelling, VM, and service standards that bring T2’s brand to life.
- Empowered Decision‑Making: Take ownership of issues in the field and resolve them immediately where possible, escalating only when required.
- People Leadership & Capability: Build, coach, and succession‑plan for Cluster Managers and Store Managers, ensuring a pipeline of future‑ready leaders.

- Retail Innovation & Strategy: Identify retail innovation opportunities, contribute to shaping strategy, and suggest improvements that scale growth.
- Cross‑Functional Partnership: Escalate issues and insights from the field to Support Office teams, collaborating to deliver fixes and continuous improvement.
- Projects & Openings: Lead regional delivery of store openings, refits, closures, and other initiatives on time and to brand standard.
