Your Impact

As a key member of our data and integration team, you’ll:

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration across clinical, financial, and care platforms.
- Develop and support ETL/ELT workflows usingDatabricksandAzure Data Services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose data solutions that enhance aged care operations and reporting.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy legislation.
- Support data modelling for analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications.
- Optimise data storage and compute performance across platforms.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in software development and integration practices.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in software development and data integration.
- Proficiency inDatabricks,Azure Data Lake,Synapse,Azure SQL, and modern data stack technologies.
- Strong skills inC#,Python,SQL,PowerShell, andPower BI.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and Australian Privacy Principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across teams.

Desirable:

- Certifications in Agile, Azure, or Databricks.
- Experience with financial platforms likeD365andEpicor.
- Background in aged care, healthcare, or not-for-profit sectors.
- Exposure to clinical data integration and mobile app development.
