Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy — Full-time Permanent
Details: As an Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy, you will lead a range of workforce strategy initiatives, providing high level strategic and operational advice on workplace relations and governance issues to the ACT Government and directorates.
You will represent the directorate in managing a range of workplace relations matters, demonstrating professionalism, judgment and a commitment to delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
You will bring a strategic approach to workforce and employment issues, underpinned by detailed research and analytical skills with a positive collaborative attitude.
You will be supported to work flexibly, with the expectation to work in the office up to two days a week and will be surrounded by an exceptional team.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in public sector employment or industrial relations in a diverse organisation is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in the public sector is highly desirable
Notes: This is a permanent position available from Mid-November 2025.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
