About the Role:
We're hiring anEnterprise Architectto drive innovation within our Ovation pillar. You'll shape our enterprise technology vision through comprehensive architectural frameworks while spearheading organization-wide transformations.
Working with diverse teams and mentoring solution architects, you'll evaluate emerging business opportunities and conduct architectural assessments to ensure seamless integration with enterprise standards. This Sydney-based role requires deep technical fluency across cloud ecosystems and the ability to partner with both technical teams and senior leadership in architecting robust, scalable technology solutions.
What does a day in the life look like?
- Shape and evolve our enterprise technology vision through comprehensive architectural frameworks, solution designs and forward-thinking technology strategies
- Mentor and collaborate with solution architects, fostering alignment between innovative solutions and our overarching architectural direction while championing best practices
- Spearhead organization-wide technology transformations including cloud adoption, platform modernization, automation initiatives, and seamless system connectivity
- Partner with diverse business teams to conceptualize, architect, and orchestrate technology initiatives spanning fan platforms, digital experiences, and integrated solutions
- Evaluate the technology impact of emerging business opportunities, crafting strategic recommendations with comprehensive risk and investment analysis
- Conduct thorough architectural assessments ensuring new solutions seamlessly integrate with enterprise standards while maintaining operational excellence
- Support the organisation continue to modernise its technology stack and drive down technical debt
About You
Essential experience & skills
- 5-10+ years architecting enterprise solutions with a track record of delivering robust, scalable technology platforms in dynamic, high-volume environments
- Deep technical fluency spanning cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake), integration patterns, automation frameworks, and contemporary architectural approaches
- Industry-recognized credentials in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, cloud architect certifications, etc.) demonstrating commitment to architectural excellence
- Hands-on experience evaluating technology solutions, modelling business capabilities, conducting strategic assessments, and navigating vendor selection processes
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with the confidence to guide technical teams and articulate complex strategies to senior leadership
- Solid foundation in architectural governance, established frameworks, and strategic technology planning within mission-critical operational environments
