We are looking for Casual and Permanent Part Time team members across all areas of the South West including Busselton & Bunbury & Great Southern including Albany.

Carealot is seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team as In-Home Care Carers.

We are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to older adults empowering them to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. Due to recent expansion, we are looking for new In-Home Carers to join our team.

As an In-Home Carer you will:

- Be a ray of sunshine in the lives of our clients, assisting them with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Champion their independence and dignity, enabling them to live life to the fullest.
- Collaborate with a fantastic team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for care.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients whilst upholding the highest standards of care.

Are you our next In-Home Care Hero?

- Compassionate and Caring and have a genuine desire.
- A Team Player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Reliable and Trustworthy; punctuality and dependability are key.
- Current National Police Clearance and Working Rights in Australia.

You will have:

- Experience in aged care, community services, or disability services.
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care of Community Services.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
