We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.**The Opportunity**The Sustainability Manager, Data & Reporting will be a key member of Dexus’s Sustainability team on a fixed-term basis until September 30, 2026. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability disclosure and experienced in driving environmental and social impacts through information management and insights. The successful candidate will have a strong data or reporting background with excellent analytical and written communication skills. This role will support both the Dexus Sustainability team and broader Dexus teams, including Funds Management, in enhancing sustainability data, insights, and reporting to aid decision-making.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the delivery of Dexus’s sustainability data management processes by collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate and timely sustainability (environmental, customer, and social) quantitative datasets.* Translate data into insights that support strategic decision-making, compliance with regulatory reporting, and provide transparent sustainability metrics to Dexus’ customers and investors.* Manage and respond to Fund/investor and customer sustainability queries, including due diligence questionnaires related to sustainability.* Maintain up-to-date written responses, compile data analysis, and provide relevant data and analysis for fund quarterly reporting.* Contribute to the delivery of independent assurance over agreed environmental and social metrics and prepare high-quality submissions to sustainability surveys and reporting benchmarks.**About You**You are a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to sustainability and data-driven decision-making. Your excellent communication and analytical skills enable you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
