We are currently hiring a Management Accountant based out of our Sydney head office.

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, this role will see you play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational insight across our diverse property portfolio. This is a hands‑on role where your ability to build strong relationships and communicate financial information clearly will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and performance reports

- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision‑making

- Manage accounting for acquisitions, rent reviews, and resales across lifestyle and rental parks

- Collaborate with tax and payroll teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting

- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

About You

- Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within property or a similar industry

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights

- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with JDE and Newbook is a plus but not essential

- CPA qualification in progress or completed
