Harvey Norman is seeking a passionate, customer service focused GIR Clerk to join the Loganholme Warehouse Team and deliver Great Service, Always to customers. The role supports receipt and liaising with customers and contributes to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment. Advertised: 22 Oct 2025 E. Australia Standard Time

Responsibilities

- Assist with receipting and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service.

- Support the distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks.

- Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse operation in line with WH&S policies and procedures.

What we require / Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.

- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.

- Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience in receipt and dispatch of merchandise.

- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late nights.
