The opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Project Commercial lead), for a large $100m residential project in Canberra.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes

- Mentor, coach and supervise Commercial Team

- Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes

- Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management

- Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s

- Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract

- Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
