Role and Responsibilities
- As an Account Executive under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, join a remote team of 25+ salespeople across Australia who manage relationships with a large portfolio of existing Residential Real Estate Agency clients via virtual meetings and phone calls.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling on new products and features; become an expert in Real Estate software solutions for a designated client patch.
- Provide clarity on pricing and customer value across Domain solutions; identify opportunities for upselling where possible.
- Address client queries and pain points; proactively solve customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals go out on time.
- Work toward monthly revenue targets and document all sales activity.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.

Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; proven success in B2B consultative selling/account management OR Real Estate Agency experience as a Sales Agent or similar; excellent verbal communication; ability to build rapport over the phone; ability to negotiate, handle objections, and drive win-win outcomes; ability to communicate ROI and business impact via compelling storytelling; enthusiasm and drive to meet targets.
NICE TO HAVE: Virtual/phone-based sales experience; Salesforce experience; understanding of residential real estate.
