Oversee and manage the maintenance role at our Bayswater Gardens Care Community based in Abbotsford.

About the role:

- Based at Bayswater Gardens Care Community

- Maintenance officer and transport role driving residents once a week every Tuesday

Role responsibilities and requirements:

- MR or C1 driver's licence is essential; a current motor vehicle and passenger bus license (as required by the State or Territory) must be maintained

- Current First Aid & CPR qualification

- Previous passenger bus driving experience

- Experience in a facilities or accommodation setting is advantageous

- Trade qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable but not essential

- Building and equipment maintenance

- Liaison with external contractors

- Lawn and garden maintenance

- Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
