The Opportunity

At Netwealth, we’re growing fast and constantly evolving. As our P&C Process and Enablement Analyst you’ll bring structure and efficiency to our People and Culture processes, ensuring they run seamlessly and support our business as we scale.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll centralise and streamline the core processes that keep our P&C function running smoothly. From administering performance and remuneration reviews to managing our Job Catalog and benefits, you’ll ensure consistency, compliance and simplicity across all activities.

You’ll work closely with our HRIS team and P&C stakeholders to deliver accurate, data‑driven processes that free up our generalists to focus on strategic partnering. If you thrive on detail, love creating order, and enjoy being the go‑to person for making things work better, this role is for you.

About you

You’re someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and creating order and efficiency. You have experience in P&C operations, reward or enablement roles and a knack for managing processes end‑to‑end.

Skills and experience you’ll bring

- Strong process management and documentation skills

- Proficiency with HRIS systems and confidence working with data

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits administration

- Ability to juggle competing priorities and engage stakeholders effectively

- A problem‑solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement
