We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Homebush to the next level.

Located in NSW’s busiest DFO, our Homebush store is always buzzing with energy and opportunity. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and get the chance to flex your creative side during our fortnightly store transformations. If you thrive on variety and love working with a motivated team, this role will keep you engaged and growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills.

- Maintain experience working with a medium to large retail business.

- Lead with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training to develop leadership and management capabilities.

- Deliver AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our Regional Management team.

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment.

- Lead and motivate the DREAMTEAM to live the DECJUBA values: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Passion for fashion with solid visual merchandising and styling skills.

- Experience in a medium to large retail business.

- Willingness to participate in development opportunities and leadership training.
