Cleaning Supervisor - Australia Fair Shopping Centre

Trident Services Australia is proud to continue delivering top-tier cleaning services at Australia Fair Shopping Centre in Southport. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team in this vibrant retail environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0600-1500

If you're passionate about creating spotless spaces and enjoy leading a team, this is your chance to make a real impact in one of the Gold Coast's busiest shopping destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily cleaning duties
- Perform general cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins
- Monitor cleaning standards and report issues
- Assist with roster and task adjustments
- Report hazards and incidents
- Maintain WHS compliance and clear communication

What You'll Bring

- Cleaning experience (retail/commercial preferred)
- Supervisory experience highly regarded
- Reliable, physically fit, and proactive
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team

Mandatory Requirements

- Full Australian work rights
- Police Check - (Or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certification (desirable)
- QLD Driver's Licence
