**Experienced Cleaning Supervisor Wanted - Gold Coast**

Join our established cleaning business, operating on the Gold Coast for 16 years, specialising in Bond cleaning, commercial office cleaning, carpet cleaning, pest control, and more. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated, and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to both lead and work alongside a small team in full bond and office cleans across various locations on the Gold Coast.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and actively participate in bond cleans to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while working alongside them.
- **Every Saturday morning, you will oversee and participate in a large commercial office clean in Southport (8:30-12:30am), leading a team to ensure top results.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bond cleaning and team leadership.
- Willingness to clean as part of the team, not just delegate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Reliable, with your own vehicle.
- Available Monday to Friday with varying hours, and every Saturday morning for the regular commercial clean.
- Positive, high-energy attitude, and great time management skills.
- Availability during school holidays is a must.
- Must have good English communication skills
- Able to work in Australia

We offer casual work, provide all equipment, and 11% super. If you’re passionate about maintaining high cleaning standards and enjoy working hands-on with a team, we’d love to hear from you

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $47.55 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week
