**PART TIME - CLEANING SUPERVISOR - GOLD COAST**

We are a Commercial Cleaning Company with 14 years’ experience in servicing our Gold Coast clients.

This position requires someone with a LOT of flexibility, times will vary, although in the beginning it will most likely be early mornings, combined with some afterhours and weekends.

Your success in this role is important to us and we want your career to grow along with our business, so you will be provided with training and guidance.

Do you have proven experience in Commercial Cleaning, an understanding of chemicals and cleaning equipment or have comparable experience?

The ability to speak English & Spanish is a must.

Must have the ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks and have good judgement.

You will need an ABN, a reliable vehicle, a driver’s licence and a current Police check or the ability to acquire one.

Key Responsibilities.
- Oversee day to day cleaning operations - including ensuring sufficient staff coverage across a variety of sites, especially over holiday periods.
- Deliver induction of new cleaners, ongoing training and checking of ongoing jobs to ensure job is being completed according to the scope and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with the Head Supervisor on a daily basis
