City of Melbourne, Australia Accure Full time

ABOUT US

At ACCURE, we empower batteries—and the people who rely on them.

We’re building a clean energy future by making batteries safe, reliable, profitable and sustainable through the power of the cloud. Our cutting-edge analytics platform transforms battery data into actionable insights for electric vehicles and energy storage systems across the globe.

Our mission: Safe, efficient, and sustainable batteries for a clean energy future.

To do that, we bring together passionate technologists, storytellers, and builders from diverse backgrounds. At ACCURE, we value openness, curiosity, and collaboration. We celebrate what makes you unique—because we know innovation thrives on inclusion.

Your Role

You're the bridge between brilliant tech and real-world impact. As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you’ll work at the exciting intersection of technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer success.

Be the trusted advisor: ACCURE succeeds on insight sales. Through a consultative approach you will come to understand customers business targets, level of technical expertise and experience allowing you to guide our customers throughout their journey. You deliver technical expertise before, during, and after onboarding. You understand their use cases, translate their goals into solutions, and help them get the most out of ACCURE.

Own technical conversations: From demos and deep-dives to webinars and whiteboards, you communicate the value of our technology in ways that are both exciting and easy to understand.

Spot and solve problems: You act as the first line of technical support for our customers in the Australian region: from our smallest to most strategic. You’re not just answering questions—you’re helping shape how batteries are understood and managed.

Influence product evolution: You gather feedback, identify recurring needs, and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to continuously improve our platform.

Tell our story: You’re an internal and external ambassador—presenting at meetups, talking tech with prospects, or brainstorming creative ways to show how ACCURE is changing the battery game.

Your Skills

You’re a tech translator: Whether it’s state estimation, safety metrics, or predictive diagnostics—you’re able to explain it clearly to engineers and executives alike.

You’re an engineer at heart: You bring a solid understanding of battery systems, BMS basics, and data analytics. Maybe you’ve worked in testing, maybe you’ve modeled degradation.

You love customers and batteries: You’ve worked with real customers and real data. You’re not afraid of debugging logs or rolling up your sleeves to find the root of a problem.

You’re a natural communicator: You’re confident in English (written and spoken), and ideally you bring another language to the table—bonus points for German.

You thrive in ambiguity: This will be the first Customer Solution Engineer role in Australia. You work independently, adapt quickly, and find creative solutions even when the path isn’t perfectly mapped out. But of course you are not alone as you will work closely with the regional lead and the global sales and customer success teams to ensure success.

Location: Applicants must be permanently located in Australia and possess unrestricted work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid long-term work visa).

Our Offer

- Impact: See how your input generates direct value for the energy and mobility transition around the world.
- Teamwork: Become part of a team of creative and innovative thinkers who are passionate about their jobs and saving our planet. Your skills, experience and passion will assist in aggressive customer acquisition and growth of the Australian business.
- Work-life-balance: You/'re the master of your own time - due to our flexible scheduling it/'s up to you to decide when you work
- Location: Work from wherever you want within Australia.
- Company events: Two 5-day company on-sites per year + (remote) team events.
- Devices: Powerful computing hardware and working environment resp. IDE of your choice.
