Telescope AI is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape and implement our creative and product vision while elevating collaboration with our external partners.

At Telescope AI, we value design craftsmanship and believe that strong organizational practices foster outstanding product experiences. As part of our design team, you will oversee end-to-end design workflows—spanning everything from platform and web experiences to proposals for global clients and brand strategy. You will leverage domain knowledge, adapt quickly, and harness LLMs for concepting and hierarchy to solve design challenges effectively.

What You’ll Do

- Design & Deliver: Oversee design solutions across brand, product environments, and client-facing proposals to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, research, and engineering teams to maintain a consistent narrative and holistic user experience.
- Empower Brand Narrative: Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals and stories that reflect and amplify our evolving brand identity.
- Manage & Scale: Establish design frameworks, streamline workflows, and manage vendor or partner relationships where needed.
- Foster Design Culture: Mentor and guide the design team, championing operational excellence, user-centricity, and the strategic use of LLMs.

Who You Are

- Proven Design Leader: 6+ years in product design, UI/UX, or a related field, with experience in brand strategy and cross-functional design leadership.
- Adaptable & Curious: Eager to learn new domains quickly and use AI/LLMs for insights, ideation, and hierarchy.
- Skilled Storyteller: Exceptional written and visual storytelling abilities that align teams and engage stakeholders.
- Organized & Operational: Proficient at building processes that balance quality with pace in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative & Proactive: Thrives in cross-functional settings, fosters strong partnerships, and drives innovation.
