Overview

We are seeking a driven and results oriented Sales Manager to drive new business growth across Australia for a leading healthcare technology company. This role focuses on selling innovative digital solutions that improve patient care, streamline operations, and enhance workforce management across hospitals, community health services, and social service providers.

You will have a proven track record in technology sales and a passion for transforming healthcare through software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations.
- Present and demonstrate healthcare software solutions, including electronic health records (EHR), patient flow management, care coordination, and workforce automation systems.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and how technology can drive efficiency.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends, digital health innovations, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Tertiary Education, or relevant industry qualifications.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of technology solutions, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Ability to quickly understand complex software solutions and articulate value to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Comfortable with regional travel as required.

Salary

Salary Package: up to $150K Base + Super + Car Allowance + Comms. (OTE $220K-$240K)
