As a Programmatic Operations Specialist in our Programmatic Digital Ops & Systems team, you will play an important role in managing the day to day programmatic trading functions, being operationally responsible for setting up of programmatic deals, troubleshooting delivery issues on Foxtel Media’s premium channels across display, mobile and video assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Owning the day to day operational responsibility around monetisation and delivery of Foxtel Media’s programmatic trading
- Oversee the setup, execution, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns
- Work closely with the Operations team on testing and implementing new products, ad formats and technology partners to drive programmatic trading & revenue growth
- Develop a streamlined operational workflow for optimising campaigns and maximising programmatic revenue
- Work closely with the sales, account management and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables
- Participate in in-person meetings/technical calls with DSPs, agencies, etc., as needed and serve as subject matter expert
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and strategy
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate and optimise programmatic solutions
- Provide weekly reports, data and insights on channels for quarterly reviews and proactively analyse trends

About your experience

- Prior experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using ad serving technology and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Pubmatic, Ad Exchange, Microsoft Advertising and others
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Experience in managing supply side platforms
- Knowledge about Header Bidding
- Passionate about media, data, analytics and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
